Had a descent bootcamp workout at a local community center. I was 10 minutes late, because hubby is just getting off of nights. So, we said a quick "hi" in the garage as we crossed paths. We did mostly weight circuits today. Also had a five minute run and then it was time to cool down. I was disappointed that I had to stop running...five minutes! I was just finding my groove!

Off to Weight Watchers today!
